Bathroom floor tiling

Hi, Just need a bit of advice please.
Brand new en-suite, floor is 22mm green faced t&g chipboard which I am covering with 6mm tilebacker board before tiling, as the WC is a new fitment & not to an existing soil pipe, I'm intending to fit it after tiling rather than having to cut tiles around it, is that OK?

A big core bit would do the job,not exactly sure what the op means by not an existing soil pipe am guessing it will be extended from the existing ,but not sure,if the soil pipe needs to be put in its better to get it in there before tiling.

Yes you can get a soil pipe hole cutter - or use an angle grinder and pinchers - but remember with the board and tile you could be adding 25 mm to the height and you may need to use an offset connector ( a plumbers job!)

By brand new ensuite i take that to be a complete new addition to a bedroom.
If so simplest way is as someone has already suggested. Tile first. Then before grouting mark the exit of the toilet waste and use a 4" core and go through tiles and wall together. Deal with the connection to your stack on the outside. Makes for a much neater job inside and less cutting on for your tiler.
