Bathroom floors

If i remove the 18mm chip floor in the bathroom, what thickness WBP do i need to replace it with before tiling the floor. What if i have to join it?? is there any special rules???:smilewinkgrin: Thanks. Ps new today so still getting the hang of this>

22mmm if you can get it, 18mm just fit a few extra nogins between the joists.

Lay the ply length right angles to the joists.

Plenty of screws too.prime bottom and edges of ply too before laying.

Was the chip board knackered ? If it was I would replace with moisture resistant chipboard flooring then use Hardibacker board on top ?
