10 sqm of walls in 60 x 30 ceramics (layed in brick fashion). 3sqm of floor.
Firstly i also need to rip tiles off walls and floor also needs plying.
So what price would you be looking at charging for that inc materials?

(it is for a friend of a friend so don't wanna go to high)

Need to pre empt any issues with the customers walls once you remove the tiles as well mate, possible plaster/dot n dab work needed as well...?

Personally if its a personal job id give my discount on materials, also id advise on a daily rate as it could alter depending on scale of job... say discount 25% off usual
daily rate for labour as a guide.. cant say much fairer then that..:angel_smile:
