My name is wivers and i am a tiliersforumaholic.

My life was fine 3 years ago, i was working, my wife loved me, my kids knew who i was, but then i found a new forum and things took a nose dive.

I found myself spireling out of control on the keyboard, taking naked pictures of myself and posting them, trawling the net for midget pictures to add to posts, anything to feed my thread addiction.

I tried to stop but Dave, Gazz at tops , Dan and others kept tempting me to keep posting.

I guess it all came to a head when Brian C, Dave, Gaz, Gary the tiler, PJC, Captain slow, and CJ began talking to me in the real world.

I felt so dirty and cheap everytime i posted, but i couldnt help coming back for more, i even risked going to prison whilst parading semi naked in a policemans back yard on camera.

My wife has now left me for an African man called Yabumba Hurta, my kids refuse to talk to me coz they cant ever get on the pc, and my parents have disowned me after the embaressment of the youtube saga.

My life is in ruins and its all down the TTF.

Oh well ....... whats occuring on here today.

every day when i miss a date with the forum i feel dirty and embarrassed with myself,i really know i should stay away but i keep coming back because sharing information with other guys/gals who are in love with there jobs and TF gives me so much pleasure:drool5:

i remember those few weeks when the p.c let me down i spent every evening and day off shaking like a battery hen waiting for my next fix of pure tiling inspired craic,i promise unlike other addicts i will never give up my weakness that will behold me until my last breath

Morning routine after putting kettle and laptop on:
1) check my email
2) check Facebook Scrabble (been playing my Dad for around 9 months now, we each take a turn every day)
3) log in to TF and see what's being discussed

I don't think I'm quite addict status just yet, but so so useful for a new tiler. So much info from past posts that I have found useful :hurray:

I'm not an addict because I'm only on here once a day and thats in the evening while watching tv as well.

It's the blend of humour, ideas, knowledge and the disasters which keeps me coming back and the mix of personalitys/experts who contribute.

There is nowhere where you could get so much written information about tiling

whiskey isn't a problem Jay, I see it more as a way of enjoying life :smilewinkgrin:

tat is doing fine. my trousers are rubbing on it today so it's a little bit sore, but other than that it's doing fine.
