We have provided him with quite a bit more than needed so that’s not the issue.

we were clear from the start about the importance of levelling and would have paid to have it latexed. He knows this. So I’m hopeful it won’t be an issue to rectify but based on the attitude of tradesmen I have dealt with recently they don’t get if they want paying they need to do what the customer wants.

He's created a problem which he must rectify or he doesn't get paid, lippage of any sort isn't acceptable but of that nature on a floor is ridiculous workmanship
