Liverpool were somewhat slow and sluggish but every so often they managed to pull themselves together enough to score a goal.

I blinked and missed the first one, and then kept my eyes wide open for every subsequent goal. The fans in the Kop were a bit deflated when Benfica scored but it wasn't long before the Kop was awash with song again
