I've not long gone on to a sigma for 600 mm porcelain. My old rubi is okay for small tiles but I'm impressed with the sigma. Porcelain cuts like a dreamHi Geoff, no that's a new one on me. Will have a look on Google, thanks for the heads up.

Cheers Adey, tried someone's montolit a while back and liked it but ended up with a Rubi, think it was on offer at CTD and couldn't afford to pass it upHello and welcome to the forum,
Have you had a look at montolit
That's a bit like saying if you used to a horse and cart stay with it . I'm not saying rubi is like horse and cart it' about not evolvingIf your used to rubi stick to it ,let us know what you get
But no point in changing if her Rubi still does what it can do for her. That's a bit like saying if you used to a horse and cart stay with it . I'm not saying rubi is like horse and cart it' about not evolving
Sorry I misunderstood what you were saying. I read it as never change if you are used to using something . Not keep it going while it is ok .But no point in changing if her Rubi still does what it can do for her.
That is bad business acumen. I have used Rubi and Sigma for 30 odd years....... both cutters have merits.
