best all round tile cutter for a newbie

is the rexon RTC200a still an ok choice for a wet cutter?. i know its a slightly older model..

also been looking into wet cutters a bit more and found this which is about the money would be prepared to pay for one this seems to have the highest power motor out of most in the same price range

so what are the views

i bought one of these briliant cutters made for industry not d.i.y. you can even screw the gaurd off to make plunge cuts (carefully) i would give it 8 out of 10 at £123 delivered (internet) you cant go wrong

so is a wet /electric cutter better to start with as i am also on a tiling course
are they better than manual as i will proberbly be doing a few jobs for people

You will need a good dry/manual cutter, this is the most important tool. Get a cheap wet cutter to use alongside it to start with. A manual cutter is what you will use day in, day out to do 90% of your cutting, so try out a few and find which one works best for you.
