What are your best and worst experiences with tile shops?

I'm not sure if you are allowed to name and shame on here but it would make it more meaty if you can...plus, it'll keep the moderator busy:lol:

That's fair enough, but I'm intrigued to hear stories, good or bad, just give the tile outlet in question some anonymity though.
