best ,quickest setting adhesives and grout

hello everyone got a job coming up doing pub toilets,owner isnt wanting to close on a night time which is understandable just wondering what everyone thinks is quickest setting adhesives and grout,could get a good bit done by 3 o clock each day opening up at 8 ish.your recomendations would be good.:8s porcelain goin on floor 30m.

I would rather do it from closing time 11.30pm until 8am.

Most rapid set adhesives are a 2 hour set time.....but chech to see if they are suitable for porcelain.........

BAL rapid set is suitable......

Ardex x7 R is suitable.....

Sontex RS2 is suitable..

and many more as well.......some of the regulars will input what they use......
