Beyond fussy!

I'm after a link to the tiling British standards as I have a customer who I feel is taking the ****
just done loads of work for them not received a penny yet as the builder had promised to pay me. The customer is refusing to pay. Claims the work is a bodge...! 15 years in the trade and I have never had this before!
what is the next step?
