Got a largish job whihc is undrfloor heating throughout the area listed , laying only tiles and nees to quote for 12 backer boards on walls and 20 on floors.
What do I price it as?
areas are
room1 empty room
walls 18 sq metres 300 x 600 ceramic 6 hardi boards
floow 2 sq metres 2 boards 300 sq mosaic
room2 empty room
walls 18 sq metres as before with 6 hardi boards
floor also 2 sq metres with 2 boards
room 3
kitchen 24 sq metres this flows into hallway and downstairs loo
tiles prob porcelain 600 x 600 or maybe smaller not decided
18 hardi boards for this
Need to price up including laying heating matt floor is weyrock all over hence the boards.
any idea as this is the first of this kind of job for me?
