Removing the floor tile is only going to save me 15mm, the thickness of the old tile and because the door linings are low already my client might still want them raised.


Removing the old floor has nothing to do with heights matey, its fundamental to the integrity of the installation.

My response was to ramic post regarding cheaper than lifting lintels and changing doors. I understand that you think the integrity of the new floor may be impaired if the old tiles are not listed. Thanks for your answers.
