black bitumen

Hello everyone.
Just start reaping the floor and realized that in small loo under linoleum I have vinyl tiles fixed with black bitumen. It is no problem to remove this tiles. What can i fix my tiles with to this bitumen? I tried remove some with scraper. Any advice welcome.

Use a slurry mix of SBR and rapid set tile adhesive, paint on the floor then tile over.

No. Well its not a method that i've seen documented anywhere with primer G. SBR is a different chemical composition and can be used in different ways. Most of the tile adhesive manufacturers (that i've called in the past) do not recommend tiling onto the old black adhesive residues. I have however tiled over it many times in the past (after removing any loose areas and then priming) and not (as far as i know) had any failures!
