Well it could be 4 things,

1.Grout not mixed properly

2. Adhesive still wet in spots

3. excessive water used in grout wipeoff

4. Bad batch of grout.

had my floor tiled & grouted with black grout when its dried it has dried patchy with the grout drying grey in areas, randomly all over the floor. why has this happened? any ideas.
