Black Qrock tiles turning white

I recently tiled my en-suite with 60x30 black qrock porcelain tiles. We are now a few months down the line and the immediate wet area within the shower cubicle has become very stained, bordering on turning white. I always rinse the walls after use so that no soap/shampoo residue is left on face of tiles. I have tried numerous cleaning products which all look great until the tile dries out and the staining remains.

Are you in a hard water area?

Is it the high alkali cleaning products that are the problem. Mr muscle etc?

Never used any chemicals till problem arose , just rinsed after use

had same prob with these altho the lady was a cleaning freak! tried plenty of products from lithothin on there recommendation but to no avail,had to rip up and relay with different tile
