Blade for cutting glass

Any recommendations for a top notch glass blade please. 115/125mm preferably. Got a job week after next and the cutting needs to be as close to flawless as I can get.

I have a Sigma 115mm dry glass blade but not used it yet Bri...

Rubi do a CVG blade but it is wet cut..

With glass shelling so easy under heat , then wet cutting is mainly advised.

I'm gonna definitely go for a wet cut, might get a little table top saw and just keep the blade in that. My only wet saw is the dewalt and I'm not buying a 250mm blade just for one job

If you can get the wheel you need then the Bricolina is the saw .

I've tried a vitrex blade in the past and it was good but, still left a bit of chipping, the biggest problem I recall was, the white coating on the back not cutting cleanly.

i used to use a briccolina with a sankyo glass blade on glass tiles and it was great. couldn't fault it. the blade was excellent and the little briccolina cuts perfectly smooth and straight. cant recommend them both enough.. emc tiles for the briccolina and tradetiler for the blade..

If you did get briccolina and a sankyo blade you will have grind a metal nib where the blade sits, the briccolina blade has a hole in it where the nib goes thru the blade.

Dos'nt effect the cutting in any way.
