Tiler has redeemed himself completely! (new pics attached)
I even bought him a bottle of wine to help him forget his morning. Now all that remains to be seen is wether or not we are charged for the error.

What an improvement, and I'm sure they accepted that the lips disappeared when the corners when to the drain correctly!!! Well done for sticking to your guns, common sense prevailed.
