just a thought , there as been quite alot of work posted on here recently, some in my area , and further a field ,sent messages back but never get a reply
starting to get my goat abit , at least have the decency to reply, if they are genuine , job offers

I would imagine they are inundated with replies.

I am very sure they would have loads of messages.. as any member can send a pm to said poster.. and even those who never post and if an email is left , then that makes it even easier for all to contact them..

We really need a system for jobs posted that makes it fair for TF regulars to get chance to bid/quote for the jobs without being blasted by a cheapo ruff asss who only comes here looking for work etc.

Can we not set it up like the new means of JOTM you can only see what's posted yourself and then note it to arms?
