Welcome to the forum john, if you are or when you start tiling, check with your insurance company re your liabilty cover, some insurance companies want to know exactly what work you are undertaking, meaning just because you have cover with them for painting and decorating if you turn to tiling or incorporate it into your business they may want more cash to cover you. As we all know some insurance companies just look for loopholes if you had to claim. Coco
