I always charge for borders/feature strips. They take longer to set out and potentially longer to fix if you have to prep for different tile thicknesses. It takes more tore time so therefore you want reimbursing for it. If you asked the customer whether they would do 3 hours overtime for nothing then you know what the answer would be, so why should you!!!!

I don't think you're far of the mark with those prices either
