Yes Kev,
Its fine hope your well
we had a customer last year who kept changing her mind.......... about everything! she'd left a pencil line where she wanted the tiles to end on one wall, but hadn't taken in to account the levels of the rest of the bath, a shelf, the windows, or how it would look when finished, but i did. when we arrived the next day she was furious, and rude. i explained my reasons for tiling as i had, so did the plumber. but she insisted they had to come off, and do it her way. i calmly replied that as she'd lost confidence in my work i wouldn't be returning to retile, not easy when what you're thinking something entirely different. :furious3:the next morning after consulting someone else's opinion she phoned to plead for my return to complete the work (not to change it!). i stuck to my guns and didn't, but the plumber did. reputation intact. 3 months later she called us again to do another room? That's well professional............ ..lets do it this way and never get recommend....... .......
honestly peeps..you listen but never bite at customers remarks.....they might think they are right but you know better and should conduct your self in a proper manner...........

I find the hardest people to deal with are the husbands who obviously wanted to do the job but thier wife wouldn't let them, so instead they try and let on to the tiler that they know better than you. It can be annoying but you just have to grin and bear it.
