Well Christmas day we went to my bro in laws...28 for christmas lunch, boxing day at my place with my family..15 of us...Tonight at mother-in-laws..30 of us...And tmro im doing 30 miles on my bike to try and get going again...feel a right couch potato!!!

I threw away by Grinch hat for the day and accepted an invite to my brothers for lunch. I took my kids too and there were other friends there as well. A good day was had, only spoilt by the terrible cough and sore throat I have.....No amount of liquid refreshment will cure it.

I spent most of it in bed with a whopper of a hangover. I don't drink much and we had a few people round so I had a few bacardis. I think it'll be a while before I drink again.

Did Edinburgh Parkrun on christmas day...... did the 5k in 23.50 mins, which isn't bad considering the conditions, but i did twist my ankle on way back to car. So i've had my feet up ever since recovering. Hoping to be fit enough to do the one on new years day.......

Have done a few times in North Queensferry Sandy, and i would recommend it, but not in speedo's as i did a couple of years ago.......:yikes:

went to party at my mums good time although i was designated driver, by my wife who thinks its funy to say you dont drink anymore I am starting to believe her
