Hi everyone :santa1:
I would appricate some advice please.
Set up is a typical sized bathroom, the bath is against two walls with a gap of approx. 7inch at the shower end, which I'm going to box out to the edge of the bath, a thermostatic shower (bar type) will be installed on this false wall.
The plan is tibmber studs, 12mm WBP plywood, 6mm HardieBacker board and then tiled with 600x300 glazed percelain tiles.
Area in question is 1700mm x 700mm.
Backer board will just be screwed to the plywood, plenty of screws!
Am i correct in saying backer board does not require any preperation prior to tiling?
Thanks Shneld :hurray:
