Hey Pete,

It's been b-u-s-y!! :) All is well - commissioned a new brick press last month (5 days from delivery to full running including wiring the panel and programming the PLC through to full production testing... bit tired haha)

Hardcore? Do you mean those bricks were 'hardcore' i.e. you are using the inside of the brick? Don't follow sorry.

And yes we do a bit of glazing though it's mainly bought in.

Pistols? Yes we purpose manufacture pistols and specials (plinths, bullnose, handmades, arches, keystones etc etc)

Yes that second picture is the hardcore so no waste and pistols as in the glazed slips on you site

Ahh I see Pete - I didn't twig that they were. You can only do that with certain low carbon bricks though or you would get a horrendous black heart in all the bricks. In that case though they look very good :)

Can do glazed pistols but on looong lead-time and probably horrendous cost - It's not our main line and we will likely be dropping it in favour of our main slip lines (hence there being no direct link in our site any more)
