I HATE those hot dog sausages that are made from reconstituted chicken (bones, small male chicks that are no good for eggs that get thrown in with eyes, beaks and everything else!). Though I love a nice real sausage hotdog done at a bbq.

As for the fast food chains, has to be Maccies for me as I don't eat KFC and don't like Burger Kings. Pizzahut has gone right downhill. Got a frankie and bennies near me that's nice, but the one a few miles away is a disgrace. So I guess you win some you lose some.

I have to say Maccies coffee's are top notch. Always have them with my meal. One thing I will say though, you eat your burger and fries and need a drink and it's still too hot! If you go in the car you either have to tip some out before you set off or drive around with it spilling all over the place. I normally have a coke with my meal and then buy a coffee separate now. Took me a good dozen goes to remember to do that though.

me and Mrs Doug make our own burgers, there's a farm shop just down the road from us, (the one that Jamie Oliver get's his produce from) that we get the meat from.

We're going to have burgers tomorrow night. I just split a small beef with two friends-I think we each ended up with about 140 pounds of meat wrapped. It was raised by a hippy farmer close to where we live (maybe 10 miles away), raised without any hormones, antibiotics, or anything else, and all natural feed . We just had a roast beef last week and the meat is excellent. And it is less expensive than the meat in the local grocery stores.
