Take fotos of your referencies

Hello Chris, best business wishes from Germany. As we have lots of 1 man tile companies I have this experience:
1. Your company name should be short and your company logo simple and recognizeable.
2. Make some fotos of your finished works and show them to your next customers, your customer might find new ideas what he hadn´t thought of yet.
3. You should always be contactable - exept on sunday, this is (must be) your day off and also understandable to your customers.
4. Say NO to low prices and YES to good work. This gives a good repuation!
5. Think about, that someone can replace you if you are ill or if you are on holidays - always neccessary to fullfill contract conditions, also, if you are not able to work. It might be an other tile layer you rely on so...
6. ...speak with other tile layers.
