calling customers

based off the mucky customers thread,it seems a lot of us are met with unemptied bathrooms and kitchens regularly,

i call the customer the day before just to verify all is well for the job starting the following day and also ask that they make sure kitchen is emptied etc before we start does anyone else do this? i only started doin it recently as i was fed up turning up to be met by a toilet full of shampoos etc and it does seem to work 99 percent of the time
