can anybody do a job in st helens?

hi ladies & gents,
I'm looking for a 'responsible' tiler based in the NW who'd be interested in a kitchen/bathroom/utility room job in st helens (near ecclestone park) next week or so. I can't fit it in that soon so i thought i'd pass it on and the blokes ok with that.
I don't have any measurements but I do know it's a new build, no number yet just a plot number.

Is this someone you actually know then, to have the job but no measuments yet ?
Like, he won't have a price or anything yet will he ?

So, is this a pre priced job or is it still a case of going out there to estimate or what ?

Is it private, or doing the job for the builder ?
