Don't think your price of 8400 is too big, but 6000 is not too bad Deano, it's one big project. You only bring tools once. I allways do little discount to my long time contractors, but it's up to you m8 what you want to do . Or maby try to negotiate, 7000?

just seen this .
if walls dont need mechanical fix and floors to be laid to falls around pool , I would charge 9275.00
if floors not laid to fall round pool but in changing areas say. 8675.00.
