I suspect they aren’t an established company, but some chancer with a website and a mobile phone, who hopes they’ll get away with it and if they don’t, jump in the car and clear off
They actually are an official established company with recommendations and glowing reviews on mybuilder, Google etc. 😞

I would get a reputable tiling company to come and quote to fix the issues. In that way you’ll get a free independent assessment of the faults, a written cost to rectify, and can deduct that from what you pay the builders if they can’t properly sort it. It’s awful when people who are supposed to be professionals do a shoddy job and leave the customer with a mess and still look to get paid. I hope you get it sorted ok.

You ask if a better result can be achieved. The answer is absolutely. I'll get my blind 3 legged dog to pop round and sort it. I'm certain he could do a better job...

So the corner trims have been installed today, while this does look a bit better overall, I do see a significant gap between the trim and tiles, I suspect they would need to grout it? The gap is due to the fact the tiling is soooo uneven under the trim! Thoughts?
