Whenever things like that happen to me I tell them why I cant! And I use really long complicated words that the brain dead monkey cant understand and I usually get the point across that they dont have a clue what they are talking about. The stupid thing is that if you 5 spotted the tiles and they cracked this very intelligent builder would be on the phone to you to sort it out!!! THEY MAKE ME SOOO MAD!!!:mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2:
