Dan, is there a way that we can turn off notifications for "likes" in our general settings until you get this issue resolved? I've looked, but can only see an option to disable private messages.

No mate I'm afraid not. And me turning it off fully would lose the counted likes.

Ill get on it tomorrow I've been a bit sidetracked today with a couple of things.
