On many an occasion, I have been alone in my customers house in the middle of the job, gone to the van for a certain tool only to realise that I had forgotten to take it to work with me. This is then the point where I ended up like a crazed annimal, rummidging through old tool chests, drawers, buckets, filing cabinets in the customers garage or shed, desperate to find a drill,or big hacksaw.....I found myself calling the customer terrible names because they didnt have one, and would look at his selection of tools and think Oh my god what was he going to use this for ?...I swear I once found a massive vibrator in a tool draw, and wondered if the man of the house had promised to fix the kick start mechanism for his lovely wife..........yea right without a drill or hacksaw no chance !! Does anyone else have a similar tale of this tool hunt??......Gaz
