Ceilings

Hi all, have a job where I need to fix 25mm York to some ceilings.
Can anyone point me to some mechanically fixed methods and procedures .

Ceilings are doubled up 18mm ply!

Must mention it is in a wine cellar and is mainly just the bulk head around the wine shelves not a full ceiling just 1 900mm tile wide.

prop them up with some acro's and build some nice pillars around them

If the back is not going to be seen, i.e the wine racks will hide / obscure the view then you could run a batten along the wall 26 / 27 mm off the ceiling, that would support the back edge, as for the front ???

What is the size of the stone going up on the ceiling? Your worrying me a little because your asking this question, and haven't said if you have been handed a set of construction drawings which should show the build up and fixing detail.
