Ceramic Floor Tiles Need Replacing

Hi any proficient professional floor tiler local to Bridlington, East Yorkshire, to sort out a bodged job, no handymen please.

Any details available about the job, @johnboy 2 ? What's gone wrong? Has the floor been completed fully but sub-standard? Has it only been started and not finished? Any pictures? What adhesive has been used? What material has the floor been tiled to?

I posted my problem under General Tiling a couple of days ago. New floor tiles lifting.
