do all the shading and size codings match if your client hasnt code matched the tiles this could be your problem.

batch codes dont really mean anything with wickes tiles as they are jumble batched

the onus is on the tiler to discuss shadings etc with the tile purchaser or client befor Starting the job, and if they tell u to proceed get it in writing.
theres plenty of clients who want you to make a silk purse with pigs ears.

She purchased them all at the same time. Im happy with the finish now. I was up front and said the tiles do vary in sizes a bit and she was really happy. I guess it depends, as already mentioned, on expectation. Some people wouldn't know what I meant if I told them whereas other clients turn out to be critics.
You never stop learning in this trade and I'll take the experience and keep enjoying what I do. Thanks again all!
