Cheeky tenants

As some of you know i am at the moment doing council (lmh) properties,our office recieved an e-mail about a certain address ,stating that the tennants would be offended if we called her (love)or him (mate) and could we call them by their first names.

Went there today to tile bathroom floor expecting an older couple who were probably set in there ways and wanted a bit of respect etc,what i found was a young couple who were for want of a better word ,big fat slobs.

She introduced herself and said "can you call me by my first name as am fed up being called babe ",
my first thought was the pig but whatever.

Then they both stood there effin and blinding while i done the job,and when i was finished i told them one of our tilers would be there too tile the walls tommorow ,she replied ok LOVE see you tommorow.

I had to bite my tongue :mad2::mad2::mad2:

i one had one a few years ago where i was skimming a front room out,everything covered up,tennents come in(got outa bed),uncover everything,put jeremy kyle on and proceed to shout out 'look at them scrubbers,bloody lazy gits,nowt better to do than go on here ' while sat there smoking **** and drinking brews in velour tracksuits :lol:

Did one social housing job with lots of others in the pipeline..only did the first one as i got so mad at these lazy wotsits sitting in front of the tv, smoking, drinking while i was tiling there sh-- hole..then to pay my tax so they could do this..Made my blood boil!!
