for those of you who like chinky curry try this stuff.

just add hot water to create the sauce,then add what you want i fry sliced chicken breast allow sauce to cook for around 20 mins with the cooked chicken then 5 to 10 mins from when you want to eat it add frozen peas raw onion and mushrooms,the onions are best if you add them 5 mins from eating.
i used to use this stuff 15 years or so back and you could only get it from chinese shops but now tesco do it.
i promise you its exactly like chinese take away curry no difference at all,give it a go i swear you will love it if you like chinese curry.
the only issue with the cooking is dont make it to thick as it thickens up a bit when cooked and you must cook the sauce for 20 to 30 mins or it can taste a bit powerdery even though its not a powder its a concentrate.
