Hi advice appreciated please, I have a 12 m2 hallway and a 4m2 downstairs toilet that run off, the floor is chipboard which is pretty solid with not much deflection. I was hoping to overboard with 6 mm hardibacker as the customer doesn't want much of a step into the adjoining lounge, sheera slate from Topps in the hallway and granite in the toilet, do I need to use a decoupled ?

Thanks Harry.
