ive just finished tiling a bathroom, the customer has a chip on the bottom of bath, trying to blame tiler, but tiler has a wise old head on.......anyway being that i take my work seriously and not wanting to upset said customer i said i'd try and find out if it can be repaired. The bath is an oversized reptangle, it plastic coated the chip has taken off top coat but not right through as to leak, its more cosmetic thing rather than a problem.
Any idea's on how to fix ........ appreciate any help

You could repair it with gelcoat as used in the construction of boats - baths and boats are built the same, gelcoat over the top of glassfibre matting. This stuff can be sanded and polished back and should be almost invisible as long as you can match the colour, which you can do with the aid of pigmentshttp://www.sailboats.co.uk/Cat~Repair_Packs__Gelcoat_Fillers_4632.html
