Christmas rush!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is anybody else mad busy in the silly season? I've had to turn down 4 jobs this week because they are wanting them done by christmas. People have all year why leave it so late to ring?!!! :mad2:

Yeah. Turning them down every day but at least it's filling up work in February

I've had a steady run up to Christmas, quite quiet compared to previous years. January is looking better this time round though.

Busy up to Christmas Eve but no one waiting until January so got a few gaps in the diary in the new year.

Still getting phone calls where bathrooms are gutted out and need tiled by the end of the week. Why do people never arrange a tiler before they start?

im a plasterer and tiler so i do all my own skimming tiling painting plumbing the lot.
im busy till the new year but seem to be working out side more and more in the winter lol

Flat out here too, marble bathroom currently and a big house to start on tuesday

Just do a few refurbs with plumbers, although they're arranged well in advance. It's the other headcases that rip out their bathroom, get a plumber to put a new tray in, and then frantically phone round tilers to get them out to have a look tonight and start tomorrow.

never been so busy got loads to fit in this week I've booked up till mid march. people must say good things about me everybodys willing to wait.
