Hello,
I would need some advice. I bought black porcelain tiles called Cementi Natural Rectified 1200*600 from Porcelain Tiles for my kitchen and the same tile but 600*600 for my terrace- not shiny. The builders laid them with black grout. After final clean they look dull.
I know they washed them several times using water, hot water, wet vac, grout remover, white spirit and etc and they are mainly clean. But still looking they are not entirely clean, the grout changed colour and look very dirty. Also ther are some stripes on the floor probably from some sealant.
I called the manufacturer and he said that this tiles do not need any sealing or impreganator so they havent been sealed.
Do you know what to use to make them finally look clean and what to do with the grout? Polishing? SEaling?
