Cleaning Terracotta tiles

guys - i'm in blighty in cheshire - but like I said a virgin DIY'er - so sorry if I mislead you with terracota trail .....😳.... i was so adamant as my missus told me they were???

Do I still go with Enduro's advice?

Or it best to use another product for ceramic/porcelain variety?

thanks again for your continued help ....

Iggy

I used Fila residue remover (extra strong) mixed 1-10 water on my porcelain in my kitchen recently and they came up spottless, left to dwell on the tiles for a couple minutes, scrub, then sponge with clean water.

Yes you can, except you don't need to seal them if they are ceramic.

hi just wondering what are you currently using to clean tiles (its not wax or sikicone based is it):8:

Hello everyone

Well it's happened - managed to get my finger(s) out - got my tiles cleaned!!

I struggled to get hold off Aqua Mix in my area (around Warrington, Cheshire) - probably would have got it off the internet.

So went for the Lithofin WEXA product - which I got from a Tiler Retailer in Warrington.

The results are very good - the tiles look brand new. Mind you it was hard graft for a lazy oik like me - but the pain was worth it and the Mrs is chuffed to mint balls!

Just wanted to thank everyone on this forum (one of the best forums I have used :hurray🙂 for helping out and giving excellant advice & guidance.

Keep up the good work and all the best.

Iggy
