Apologies for my mini man rant...... Stress and all that goes with it 🙂. Yep, I walked away but not after I've given her all info she needs. There was a nice 80m floor to go with that too

Oh well .
Upwards and onwards .
She probably wouldn't pay to get the floor done properly ,
I had a customer once that I told to supply materials and I got to hear she was counting empty bags because she thought I was using a lot of adhesive and was taking some in my van .
Trouble is was burning them in her incinerator .

Its alright them being like that wanting to specify based on cost, but come to you if it fails

In her defence the local screed contactor told her no need. So I got in touch with manufacturer and they said same, as long as commissioning process is followed to the letter, but they wouldn't discourage me from using one 😏
