Commercial or domestic

I used to only do commercial work with the firm I used to work for. Now I do a bit of both with my own company

Mainly domestic for me too. Done 2 commercial jobs but didn't feel it was for me

Domestic for 10 years. Done commercial before but not for me.

95%+ commercial, the odd domestic job if I get time but usually turn them down as committing to a date can be a problem.

Cut my teeth on commercial work and happy enough doing it but mostly domestic these days. Although it's hard to beat putting the first expansion down on an 800m floor, knowing it'll be finished in 4 days. :lol:

Interesting replies. Seems the majority prefer domestic. We are the opposite no domestic just commercial.

If anybody needs any commercial work and they are Cscs registered let us know, we have a lot of work scheduled at present.

We do cover the whole of the uk but most of our work is midlands, Birmingham based. Not too much Peterborough way but we are finding more sub contractors willing to travel for the work.

Really miss it, much prefer it to domestic.

Here's one of the joys of commercial work. Stayed late last night to get an area finished, the ground workers couldn't get the mains cable through this morning and had to dig for it. These tiles have been down less than 24 hours!!
