Concrete lip

I have a floor coming up which is floor boarded which shall be NMP'd and levelled.

I thought its best to screw and glue all boards apart from a section which is flush but concrete.. I would just put SPF on the concrete and carry on with screws and glue else where ?

How are you planning to stop the tiles cracking, where the concrete meets the floorboards?
