Well, it did end up taking 2 hours. They gave me the wrong tensioner. Managed to make the pulley fit on the original tensioner with light modifications. Belt was really tight to go on but got there. Power steering has never felt so good & realised that the slight rattle from the engine bay which I've always had is now gone. Must have been the bearings in the old pulley.

I may be cold & covered in oil & grease but I'm well chuffed! Vans sorted & ready to go in on Monday. It can stay in my drive till then. Coffee & a long hot bath!
