At school we went on placements,a tiler could benefit having a learning labourer for a week,if the government would only fund travelling and lunch expenses.....never happen will it ffs

We are regulated by Construction Skills and City & Guilds. They say that a week is no where near long enough for comprehensive underpinning knowledge training (which is a mixture of theory and practical training / assessment).

All to often we have students here that have had to come and get further training as they have been mislead by other training centres as to what they will learn.

Its very dissapointing as most people have made a decision to change their lives and part with a lot of money, only to be ripped off and left sometimes devestated.
