melindas idiot builder turns up and does a mike holmes

melinda tells him the budget and hes happy

melinda decides the whole house needs doing and has a row over money with her builder

melinda does a challenge anika to get materials and labour

meantime Doms driving round looking for the builder and getting tales of woe of everyone

he also checks the records to see how many times the builders been bankrupt

then his spotters spot the builder and a really wound up Dom sez you wait till I get my hands on him Ill give what for

then the cowboy says sorry guv wont do it again

Dom passes his file to trading standards to do nothing with

melinda has the big reveal

everyone lives happily ever after

the end
